About

I read code the way I read books: slowly, twice, and looking for why.

I’m a software engineer working mostly in Ruby and Elixir. I grew up in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, in Espírito Santo, and now live and work in Portugal, where Cerca Finder is registered.

Outside the editor you’ll find me reading Tolkien, Chesterton and Dan Brown, watching football, or travelling somewhere between Portugal, Barcelona, Paris and Italy. My goal is to lead engineering teams that ship with care, and to build the tools I wish those teams had.
